He has worked in the biggest bar schools, helped train bartenders all over the globe and even flaired for royalty. Known in every corner of the world for his creativity, showmanship and world famous flair shows, Clint is recognised as one of the world’s top 10 flair bartenders and was personally asked to perform at the 2011 Royal Wedding for the Duke and Duchess of Kent.
With an exceptional eye for detail, Clinton’s entrepreneurial skills have seen him grow Pineapple Jam from a small mobile bar business to a multi-national consultancy agency.
