BAR SET UP
Not as simple as it seems, a great workstation setup starts with the right design, equipment, suppliers, designed around the menu so it works
seamlessly and efficiently.
We don't only bring our experience and creativity to the table but our network of great suppliers and national and international staff to add to
the experience.
TRAINING
One of the greatest experience in our career is to share the love of great service and drinks. Our bartender and cocktail training courses have been used by bar schools and consultancy companies which gives us that additional edge to bring success to the table.
All training is done on site along side the design of the bar and setup systems.
We focus on cocktails and bar setup first then service and working as a team training.
Clinton holds an Advance Diploma in hospitality and Event
Management Diploma plus his own written content for service and cocktail bartending.

Our new cocktail ingredient range is the creative storm of our director Clinton and after
many years of making ingredients for our events we have now put them into full
production offering a very special range of hand made super premium products for all
home cocktail enthusiasts and to offer the supply to all bars, clubs and restaurants.
Our range can support venues with a constant supply of premium cocktail ingredients, mixers and garnishes.
Only 100% earthly natural goodness is used in all our products, no flavours or colours are added, no preservatives and made by experienced and passionate hands.
